Best of the best: The animals


After 3 weeks and nearly 3000 images to choose from, here are some of the "Cream of the crop". I'm convinced my new lens was worth every penny! It's hard to limit them to even this number. Every day I had a different favorite animal. Enjoy!

 We all wanted to capture the impressive display of male hippos vying both for territory and females. These big fellas are not easy to catch "in action!"
